ALL CURBSIDE PICK-UP ORDERS WILL BE AVAILABLE TO PICK-UP FROM THE STORE ON FRIDAY'S FROM 11AM - 6PM.
How does curbside pick-up work? Can I pick up on the same day I place my website order?
Any website order placed before Thursday evening at 6pm will be available for pick-up on Friday.
Any website order placed after 6pm on Thursday will be available for pick-up the following Friday.
Please keep in mind that not all of our inventory is stored at our Toronto location. If you place an order online for pick-up, it will not be ready immediately. You will get an email notification when it is ready for pick-up.
When picking up, please have your ID & Order # ready. Customers that have placed an order through the website may be asked to provide the Credit Card used for purchase.
We ask that you notify us in the event that you're feeling unwell, or have been in contact with anyone who is feeling unwell. We are happy to hold your order at the store as long as necessary, or arrange for shipping.
Can I come see an item from the website in store?
You can order an item for pick-up in store, however, items that are listed on the website are not from our store inventory. There is approximately a 2-4 business day processing time between when the order is placed and when it will be ready for pick-up. Please keep in mind that if you come in store to see an item from the website, it will not be there.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. Please refer to our Shipping & Return Policy page.
I'm not from the US & the price when I go to pay is in $USD. Can I pay in my country's currency?
All prices on our website are in $USD. There is a currency converter which will only allow you to see the equivalent price in your own currency. When you proceed to pay, the currency will switch back to $USD to show you what you are charged in US dollars.
I placed an order on the website for pick-up in the Queen St. Toronto Store. It wasn't what I was expecting... can I return it?
Our policy does state that all sales are final, however in these scenarios we will offer the option for store credit or exchange ONLY.
I received a notification that my order has been shipped but I have not seen any tracking updates yet. When will I see an update?
Please keep in mind we are located in Toronto, Canada.
Our shipping carrier picks up packages from us on Tuesday's & Thursday's around noon. Please note that if your order is placed after Thursday morning, it will likely ship out early the following week (on Tuesday). It usually takes a few days from the time you receive your "order shipped" email to receive tracking updates, due to the time it takes for the package to reach the border or its respective carrier.
In the item descriptions, it sometimes says "great", "good", and "decent". What do these mean?
This is the condition associated with the item after inspection. Please refer to the Legend below.
Excellent = No noticeable flaws
Great = Minor flaws
Good = A few flaws, may be slightly distressed
Decent = Many flaws, may be distressed
How do you measure the clothing for sizing?
Each item is measured from it's back on a flat surface laying chest-down flat. All measurements are in inches. If you are unsure about sizing, we highly recommend you refer to the measurements in the listing and use them as a guideline. You can measure a similar item you wear for reference.
Shirts, Sweaters, Jackets
Pit to Pit - measured from the left arm-pit to the right arm-pit
Length - measured from the seam under the collar to the bottom of the item
Shoulder to Cuff/Collar to Cuff - measured from the shoulder seam to the end of the cuff. If there is no obvious shoulder seam, the measurement is taken from the bottom seam of the collar.
Pants & Shorts
Waist - measured from side seam to side seam
Inseam -measured from the crotch to the bottom of the leg
Length - measured from the top side seam to bottom of leg
